Hoops IQ is not responsible for footage submitted without proper permission.

All payments are processed securely through our website payment provider.

Due to the time required to analyze gameplay and produce breakdowns, services are non-refundable once analysis work has begun.

If technical issues prevent delivery of the service, Hoops IQ will work with the customer to resolve the issue or provide an appropriate solution.
